I have a 6040 CNC router that I needed a fastening device to hold the work piece in place. It is mostly sheets of different materials which I machin in, in different thicknesses. These types of fasteners have been used for many years so they should work fine for a CNC router.
This step blocks are designed to be used with M6 bolt and M6 nut. You can put two step block "Ladder setup" on top of each other and could attach higher materials to mill in.
Recommend to print them at 100% infill for maximum strength
Not recommended to use on other than wood, plastic, wax, etc. Use at your own risk
