I love the wall mount for my Oral B toothbrush but I was not happy with how the heads fit inside the holes. Instead of redesigning something that is already very good on its own, I created a simple little stem that fits directly into the holes and you can decide which direction to face the heads. I glued mine into place and made sure the glue filled the gap completely so nothing could drip down inside.
