These are little spacers used in the Steelcase Leap V2 headrest mod. These are modeled to fit the Lorell 85562 headrest. I would recommend printing 0.25in spacers until you're satisfied with the position. You also need nuts, bolts, and washers to complete the mod. I believe I used M6 bolts and nuts for this, but it's been a few years so I can't be sure.
