Summary

This is a replacement part if your chairs arm locking isn't functioning correctly. This is my first time uploading a model so I encourage feedback and remixes to improve this design. I've also included my blender file incase someone want's the source of the file. The blender file also includes the measureit plugin so you'll be able to see the measurements I have in place. Because of the material of the original, this one has to be a bit beefier from my experience hence the design is not 1 to 1. Here are my print settings that have been fruitful your mileage may vary.

Notes:

  • Cura may complain about model errors but will print correctly.
  • The locking clip on the lower piece may have to be sanded until it fits and operates perfectly. I can only recommend trying it out, it it's difficult to move up and down then tear it down and start sanding it down until it it's easy to unlock and lock at many levels. Basically if it aint working well, keep sanding/chopping that little piece mm by mm. Good luck! (v1.2 will be better but I don't know when I can update this as I just needed my chair fixed asap)
