This is a replacement part for the Steelcase Leap V2. In the arm assembly, once removed, there are two white clips that guide the arm in the frame when adjusting up and down. Sometimes these are missing or broken. This was quickly designed replacement. There's definitely some to improve, as it doesn't look exactly the same as the stock clip, but it works!
