This is the second version from a previous build. The main improvements is the installation of the steel plate to make it more rigid. Now it stays in tune for many days:
I have uploaded the step files in case anyone is interested in customizing it (make sure to adapt it to the scale length of your neck).
The body is printed in 4 parts, to fit in a 220x220 bed, and bond together with a special silicone.
The steel plate is bolted to the neck with normal guitar neck bolts, and the bridge is bolted with M4 bolts and nuts. Between them, I placed 5mm methacrylate plates glued together. I selected this material because it's light, rigid, cheap and very easy to manipulate.
For bonding the body and the steel plate, it's just a "pressure fit", designed to fit together after installing the bridge and neck.
After 2 months of use, I have to say that is a pretty strong configuration
For the headless configuration, a floyd rose locking nut is used as the head, bolted to the neck with M3 bolts and nuts. The bridge is a cheap one purchased in Aliexpress for like 35 euros, but it has an impressive quality, I'm amazed for the engineering of these for this price, it holds the tune flawless.
The pickup switch is placed inside one of the hexagons because it gives the guitar a more clean look, and it's an interesting place to put it. It's kind of weird the first times you use it because of its position, but you will be adapted to it in no time.
Printed at 0.32 and 35% of cubic infill and no supports using Sunlu PLA+ (supposed to have better qualities than normal PLA)

The budget for the project was around than 120 euros.
It's a very fun project and very satisfying once you plug it to the amp for the first time!
EDIT (2022-01): Updated center part, added aesthetic inserts and knobs
