This is a LED color changing pendent I designed for the girl for last years SteamCon. The internal LED cycles through a bunch of different colors, including purple, blue, red, green and yellow. The circuit is as simple as screwing in a light bulb.
The gear on the front is glued on to the base pendent. The pendent could be used hanging from a broach or a necklace. The pendent is not inherently steam punk and could be warn for outfit or costume.
