In 1928, Walt Disney's iconic character Mickey Mouse debuted as Steamboat Willie. Thirty years later, the LEGO Company introduced their iconic plastic bricks. And in 2019, LEGO and Disney combined the two into a Steamboat Willie Minifigure:

These heads, hat, and steering wheel will allow you to make your 4x Minifigure into a Disney dream from 1928. They are designed to be used with Skimbal's giant minifigure torso and legs. Unfortunately, LEGO issued a cease and desist to remove Skimbal's work from Thingiverse. But if you search for "Blank Giant Minifig" in a search engine, I'm sure you can turn up something similar. ;-)
The "Flattened" head is for use with Mickey's hat. The unflattened is in case you want Mickey not to be wearing his hat.
