Inspired by Jsaux cooling fan, wanted to make a cheaper version using spare cooling fan I have from 3d printer.
I used CA glue (loctite) to attach two printed parts together, and put 5015 usb blower fan (5v); also glued.
To install, I just used painter's tape and folded it so it works like double-sided tape.
(I tried velcro tape too but creates too much gap between the fan and steam deck)
From my tests the temperature dropped about 5°c.
