The StarWolf Carrier Valthyrra Methryn from the StarWolves Novel Series by Thorarinn Gunnarsson. This design is from my imagination based off the description given in the first chapter of the StarWolves novel.
Methryn is a living ship with a sentient computer named Valthyrra which is over 20,000 years old. One of only 20 in known space, She is black as space herself, 3 kilometers long, over 1 kilometer wide. She is armed with powerful cannons and capable of destroying a planet in a single shot with the large conversion cannon mounted below her nose. She carries around 100 fighters, though she is capable of carrying many more.
