The file 'Starship Launch Tower & Launch Pad With Functional Chopsticks (1:144 Scale) 3D Printer Model' is (stl,xlsx,zip) file type, size is 2.0MB.

Summary

This is a 1:144 scale of Mechazilla, or SpaceX's Starhip launch tower, launch pad, chopsticks, and Quick disconnect arm. It stands just over 40" tall with functional chopsticks move up and down the tower with a manual crank as well as support the weight of the ship or booster. The quick disconnect arm also swings into postion. This kit is built to be compatitable with my Starship and Superheavy booster. This allows the booster to sit on the launch pad and the chopsticks to be able to lift both vehicles.

This set is fully 3D printed and requires no addtional items other than about 8ft of string (I bought SGT KNOTS Tarred Twine - 100% Nylon Bank Line, #18 from Amazon) and super glue (I used Gorilla Super Glue with the blue capped bottle).

Total print time: 150 hours (excluding ship and booster)
Total filament (assuming no failed prints, excluding ship and booster)
Black = 270 g
Gray = 925 g

I used Overtures's Space Gray for the launch pad and tower segments, and a lighter gray for the launch tower base.

Total print time: 151 hrs (excluding ship and booster)
