The file 'Starlink Router Pcb – 230 / 110V To 12 V Conversion Project 3D Printer Model' is (stl,f3z) file type, size is 1.7MB.

Summary

I have modified my Starlink router and antenna to be fed by 12V in an RV.

I removed the starlink router PCB and made an enclosure for it.

The encloser consists of 3 parts, a base, a cover and a later addition - proprietary starlink connector socket at the bottom of the base (this one glues on the base with Loctite and is used to reinforce the connection between the starlink cable and the router PCB connector). I have also combined pcb base and the connector socket in 1 file.

To do the project there are alot of youtube videos on how to open the router, add the 12V-12V and 12V-48V power suplies, wiring, pins, etc.

Make sure you add pasive heat sinks on the 2 silver main chips.

Use hotglue to stick the PCB to the case.
