Generate "concentric" style support everywhere with overhang angle set to 50-deg and no stair-stepping. See the close-up picture of an individual piece to see what the support is supposed to look like. The "standard" model contains 0.15mm thick oval shaped brim to help build plate adhesion under support area. Ensure support sticks to oval brim on second layer by setting support bottom distance to zero. If your preferred print settings have an initial layer height which is so tall that the brim doesn't print, then try using the "double brim" or "triple brim" versions of the STL file instead. If you want to print it some other way then perhaps you prefer the "no brim" version of the file.
