These designs all come from Anthony Herrera. Check out his page for the original templates and more.
I was printing snowflakes for the season and remembered these great designs were for paper. I started with the images (not the templates) and ran them through the Trace Bitmap feature in Inkscape to generate SVG files. I imported those into Blender, converted them to curves and exported as STL. Those, I then printed with Simply3D, though I could've just used Slic3r and Pronterface.
(Alas, I didn't take any pictures of the resulting prints as they were a surprise and I forgot.)
