Summary

It has begun -- let no one interfere!
Customized versions of Kirk and Spock to show them mid-fight from the iconic scene in the TOS episode "Amok Time"

Inspired by and based on these awesome designs:

Fixed bad model on weapon (amok_time__weapon_mk00.1.stl)
Added alternate version of weapon that is more true to what they used in the show (amok_time__weapon_mk01.stl)
Updated skp file

Generic changes useful to any minifig print

modified__legs_mk00.stl
added a rim on the inside to apply pressure and help the joint hold its position

Changes useful to any Star Trek TOS minifig print

added a receptacle that allows it to snap-fit to the head
modified__kirk_head_mk00.stl
enlarged the receptacle and added ridges to apply pressure and keep things snug. The ridges are easier to fine-tune when needed.
modified__shirt_mk00.stl
removed the sharp-angled gaps inside and slightly thickened the stomach area
modified__spock_head_mk01.stl
Enlarged the eyebrows to differentiate Mr. Spock from other crewmen. Thickened the ears so they will print correctly on .5mm nozzles. Enlarged the neck receptacle and added ridges to apply pressure and keep things snug.

After printing the sash, you will need to heat up the upper portion of the flap, bend it down and hold it in place until it cools. I carefully used a lighter to do this, so pretty much any heat source should work!
