As a massive Star Trek fan i always loved the look of the warp core from the Enterprise NX-01, So I made one!
It took more then 100 hours of modeling. And over 50 hours of making. And this is the result.
There are files for 2 versions of the core.
The first version is complete for 3D printing while the second version is made for use with a few laser or cnc cut parts.
I also added holes for led's (RGB if you prefer). These give the model a nice working look. I also recommend to add a 15cm led strip in the middle to light up the side rails.
You can also find a file which contains info on most of the parts, how long it takes to print, how much matterial and the avarage cost.
Questions or suggestions, leave a comment and I will respond as soon as possible.
