This Stackable Battery pack uses an 4xBattery Holder to connext and fixate several 18650 Size Lithium Batterys, without the usage of printed circuit Boards.
Cables can be soldered directly to the Pins.

for my E-Bike i choosed an configuration of 13s 3p = 48 Volt Battery Pack.

Sideplates and frame can be mounted from Top after soldering cables.
The Pack can be easily configured for your needs. I use 1.5mm Pertinax for Plates and 10 x 10 x 1mm aluminium brackets for housing and inner cover plates.
Caution! Frame mounts are customized for my bike frame and will not fit your bike! Please be sure to redesign them for your needs before printing.
I will use zip ties to fixate Frame holder Brackets as the flexibility has been proven to be good. The two lower frame holders are fixed with the mounting scrows from the bottle holder.
