This is a drying rack that I designed to dry my coffee pucks. The rack keeps them apart and allows for better air circulation. When properly dried, the pucks will disintegrate and fall through.
I will add a base (with optional fan) in the future.
My portafilter machine is a Sage/Breville Barista Express.
