The filament sensor for the Chiron is not particularly stable, so I designed this stabilizer with a pulley so that I can pull the filament in from above without any problems. This means that the filament sensor is not bent and stressed as much.
The bearing holder of the deflection roller has a diameter of 10mm and the bearing has a diameter of 26 mm and a width of 8 mm.
Der Filament Sensor für den Chiron ist nicht sonderlich stabil, damit ich das Filament ohne Probleme von oben einziehen kann, habe ich diesen Stabilisator mit einer Umlenkrolle gezeichnet. Dadurch wird der Filamentsensor nicht so verbogen und belastet.
Die Lageraufnahme der Umlenkrolle hat einen Durchmesser von 10mm und das Lager hat die Maße Durchmesser 26 mm und Breite 8 mm.
