I have a bunch of different solvents in squeeze/rinse bottles with 6mm diameter nozzles. Some are Nalgene, some are generic.
I got tired of solvents with high vapor pressure (acetone, lacquer thinner) dribbling out of the nozzle over time and evaporating away, so I designed these caps with o-rings to seal the nozzles.
To complete the caps, you'll need a 6mm ID, 1.8mm thickness o-ring for the cap and two 3" (or similar small) zip ties to attach the cap holder to the bottle neck.
Update: I edited the cap design to make it easier to print in filament.
Update after a few months with these caps: I printed my original caps in resin. They were great from a quality standpoint, but deteriorated in the presence of some solvents (acetone and lacquer thinner were the worst). I reprinted some caps in PETG and they've held up much better, although acetone softened the PETG. Next try will be GF nylon.
