This is an exergaming board for squats. It should work with the Stealth Fitness app.
The main part should be cut out of 3/4" plywood. It's an svg file. I put it in a zip file to protect it from Thingiverse.
I used this phone holder. It attaches with a 1/4" bolt and a locknut (inside this wingnut).
