This is a simple design for a plug to fill in the lanyard hole on a Spyderco Sliverax folding knife. Just remove the metal "hole" once you take off the non-lock side scale, put this printed plug in its place, and put the scale back on. Note that taking your knife apart voids your warranty in most cases, even though everybody does it to service their knives.

The photos above show it installed on my own Sliverax. I'm going to sand the plug a bit smoother and such, but you can see that it does the job well enough and hides the hole as best as is easily possible.
