The file 'Spout And Lid For Water Jug 6gal – Reliance Brand 3D Printer Model' is (stl) file type, size is 56.6KB.
I have had this water jug forever and I broke the spout. I've been using the broken spout for way too long and finally decided to print a new one.
Files are included for the spout and the matching fitted lid. Maybe one day my design skills will be at a level where I can do threads and I'll make a screw ring, too. For now, I will continue to use the original screw ring and gasket until I can't.
Spout prints with no support.
Lid requires support. -- The protrusions on either side of the centerpiece enable fitment of the spout to the lid when in use, and help seat the gasket for a watertight seal when it is closed.
I also lost the vent plug and found a replacement part from Grimm3D:

DISCLAIMER - This is technically not a "food safe" item and realistically should not be used for the intended purpose of potable water storage and dispensing. I used PLA which should be mostly fine except for bacteria buildup in the layers and potential for lead from the nozzle.
