Spot Welder Short Saver
After purchasing my 1100W portable spot welder (see photos), I noticed that there was a potential hazard just waiting to happen... If the two pen connection holes ever got bridged by something conductive = BANG!!!
...So I designed this "short saver".
TPU should be the right filament to use, as it provides more flexibilty that PLA or PETG.
If stringing occurs during printing, use a file to get rid of them to provide a snugger fitting.
DO NOT USE CARBON FIBRE, AS SOME BRANDS ARE CONDUCTIVE!!!
