I was looking for a spool mount for a 8mm acrylic frame with bearings. I did not find the thing I wanted so I designed my own. You need four standard 8x22x7 (608) bearings.
Note: The fastening clips which hold the 8mm frame are quite short (14.5mm and 4.5mm) because of the LCD which blocks longer fastening features in my case. Thus, this mount is not tightly fixated. But you can of course mod the design to suit your needs Furthermore, this design may have higher friction than other bearing based mounts.
Update
Added v3 version. Uses only 2 bearings and offers no friction. However, it will only fit spools with a outer diameter of 200mm and below and a inner diameter of 57mm (Kiboplast). I have added STEP files if you like to change something.
