Spool Barrier - Boxed Wire Sets
This is a barrier to prevent cross-winding of wire in boxed spool sets.
I have several boxed sets of different colored wires on small spools. They're handy but sometimes when rewinding excess wire that has been pulled out of the box there is a tendency for some cross-winding between spools if the wraps get slack. These simple, 0.3 mm thick (design thickness - they tend to print a couple tenths of a mm thicker on my machine) squares between the spools entirely eliminate the problem.
This particular model is 59 X 59 mm and is sized about 1 mm less than the inside dimensions of the box it's intended for. Scaling the X and Y axes in the slicer can easily create other sizes as needed. I recommend leaving the Z dimension as is. The 0.3 mm thickness still allowed enough free space between spools.
