UPDATE: The newest revision is posted here for your benefit. It includes all the new features from lessons I learned while sanding, painting, and assembling:
Printing
Layers thicker than 0.2mm are a sanding nightmare. Don't do it. On my printer, total print time can be less than 21 hours and all parts fit on the bed. Avoid printing with support - I learned this the hard way, as removal of strongly adhered support material in the wrench's neck is super awkward and cosmetically unnecessary.
Assembly
Notice the diagram (photo #2) - the components have mating features for easy alignment when gluing!
Painting
Sand everything, then spray. Prime it dark! Like black. I did the main body with red and some "rust"-colored highlights. Masking tape is your friend.
Leveling:
Maximize your print quality by leveling first! I use my 3 square print:
