A splash guard to be used on Emco Unimat 3 (or similar mini lathe). It will not protect against loose objects from the chuck because it is only hold down with two small magnets. But it will prevent chips to fly everywhere.
Cut from 2mm acrylic/plexiglas with a CNC or lasercutter. Use a heatgun to heat and bend the corners as shown on the photos. Use some CA glue to fasten the two 8mm magnets.
