Note that the spinner has a cavity inside the rim so its centre of mass is in the middle, because a spiral is not, by itself, centered. If you tweak the parameters, you'll want to be able to measure the centre of mass of the new STL; I used node-stl to do that.
Infill for the spinner should be 100% to maximize the spinner weight and momentum, and to ensure that the cavity that balances the spinner works properly.
Use infill for the centre only so it's sturdy, I used 30%.
