Summary

---2023/10/02---

This design is inspired by a metal fidget spinner I found while cleaning around the house. It is a print-in-place spinner/display piece. In this multicolour filament, the contours of the design stand out and look well when the cube is spinning.

Note:

Thanks to Mekopp,

Fixed cube model so it is flat on the buildplate when imported into the slicer.

Note for people having slicer related issues:

Thanks to hobnoxious:

“A comment by evilinheaven on my make of this suggested that the Cura setting Slicing Tolerance may help with the welding of the moving parts. Try setting it to Exclusive instead of Middle. I'll report back when I've had a chance to reprint it.”
