Was always looking for a Spiderman Ear Gauge/Plug around Stores and never really found a decent one I wanted.Spotted a decent Insomniac Spiderman Logo from Thingiverse and had to remix it into a Gauge. I currently have 1/2 inch sizes myself so i made the Badge into a 12mm sized circle and added 2 other 1mm circles to the outer edges for a sort of tapered feel. Im not sure how the size will differ if shrunk or expanded for other sizes either. The depth of the gauge is 6mm and lies Flat with no supports.
*Make sure to Enable "Thin Wall Printing" or else your Spider design will not print inside the Plug. Took a screen shot of Cura's Shell feature for that setting.
About a 22min print time if sizing is unsure so no lose there!
For a better Quality, either print smaller, or slow it down to 20mm
