This is a simple bracket used to create a riser type spice shelf. Some of the other designs I've found had shelves that were too narrow for what I was looking for so I essentially doubled the width by using two pieces of stained 1x2" wood side by side for each shelf - this makes the actual dimensions of each shelf 3" wide.
I used a 6ft section of 1x2" and cut it into 4 equal lengths of 18", however, you can adjust the length to fit your need. The same bracket is designed to work for both the right and left sides and a third one could optionally be used to support the middle of long shelves.
I chose to print the bracket with white filament and stain the wood with a mahogany look to provide some contrast but you can stain or paint however you want. I also used a durable clear coat spray to protect and allow for easier clean up. If planning to paint I would recommend using a spray to allow for smooth and even finish - a thick paint layer may cause the shelves to not fit as well in the bracket.
Lastly, during final assembly I would recommend using a small drill bit to pre-drill the screw holes and prevent possible edge splitting.
