This is an expandable spice organizer for one of the most common container. There are two different files. One has a hole at the bottom for mounting on the wall with a common countersunk screw (90°). The other part has no hole and is for expanding your shelf.
For screwing the parts together I´m using DIN 912 M3 x 6 bolts and DIN 934 nuts. The holes are designed universal so you can use bold or nut in every hole. To tighten the lower bold could be a bit tricky and an allen key with ball head might be useful.
