Allow the base to rotate when mounted. It has four M3 mount holes and four M5 mount holes.
Necessary parts are "Base Rotate Plate", "Base Rotate Disk A", "Base Rotate Disk B".
To increase friction, add "Base Rotate Disk Washer" printed by flexible filament and add "Base Rotate Disk Packer" with hard filament between Dask A and B.
Standard camera tripod screw to use "Base Rotate Disk A 1-4".
3/8" screw to use "Base Rotate Disk A 3-8".
Hardware required: 4 x M3x8 countersunk, 4 x M3 nut
