Multi way (2-3-4 way) car speakers don't often mount flush, and when you need to mount them from the back and there's no front clearance, you need a simple spacer.
This spacer is 105mm square with a 95mm opening, 10mm thick, with 5mm oversized holes spaced at 83mm.
This seems to fit most 4" car stereo speakers that I have used, but YMMV, you may need to do some scaling.
I've been using these to make bluetooth speakers, and small car stereo speakers are perfect for that application! I hope you can use it!
