The file 'Space Shuttle Simplified Cnc/laser 3D Printer Model' is (dxf, pdf, stl, svg) file type, size is 52.4KB.
Starting in 1981 the Space Shuttle did 135 flights carrying up to 24.5 tons of material to Low Earth Orbit. It's save to say the Shuttle was the work horse of the NASA. Except the Enterprise, named after a well-known Spaceship all orbiters were named after famous sailing ships.
My build was done on a desktop cnc-machine by Stepcraft from 6mm beech plywood using a spiral-toothed 1.2 mm flute. Glued together and nicely sanded it's a great toy for boys (of different age).
A laser cutter might be a good alternative tool to create smaller versions.

Keep in mind, that the stl-file is just for validating the construction and viewing in the browser.
