A wood carving of a woman's head bought in Port-au-Prince during the summer of 1961. It is about 23 cm high with a maximum cross section of 5x8 cm. The wood is highly polished. The flat part of the headdress is decorated with an incised pattern. The earrings are made of coiled copper wire and are mounted on pegs to swing freely. An autodesk recap photo copy which replicates the overall shape but unfortunately lacks detail.
Two versions are provided.
A small charm suitable for a necklace or keychain at about 30% scale.
A larger version for hanging on a wall at about 70% scale. It has a small opening at the back that can fit over a screw head or finish nail.
Both versions print without support.
