I designed these squash ball feet in Design Spark Mechanical. They are very effective at noise reduction. Please feel free to share the design and redesign them as needed. I have video which looks at how to design these on my Nightstarleaf Tech Channel Youtube. The project is mostly for education but does have the practical benefits of getting some very effective low tech easy to do noise reduction. The project has been printed on the Easy Thread K9 Mini 3D printer in Yellow Elegoo PLA. One version is for a slotted application to fit and 17.8mm - 18mm thick wooden frame. The other has flat top to fit any flat surface and can be fixed from below with 2 screws.
