This is a usb charger for sony NP-BX1 battery. To assemble it the charging PCB is required (should be purchased separately). The model is adapted for this one: https://www.banggood.com/3pcs-18650-Battery-Charging-Holder-Charging-Board-TP4056-0_3A-0_5A-0_8A-p-1089541.html (see photos) I recommend to set the minimum current which is 0.3A for that board so the battery and the driver do not overheat. For that you only need to cut one resistor on the board.
