This is for a personal wargaming project of mine, this comes in 1 piece and i recommend setting the width of the pieces at 16-20mm.
Descriptions:
Piece with bullet: A normal soldier.
Piece with explosion: A demolitionist, capable of destroying more than other soldiers.
Piece with cross: A medic for reviving other soldiers.
