Based on "Solder Spool Stand" created by Bluegoldfish.
Modified to accommodate a longer solder spool with 58mm of horizontal space. Fits Baku solder spools perfectly.
The inside walls were moved out to provide more inside space for the spool. The outside walls were moved in to make the side walls thinner and to reduce the overall footprint. The gap for the shaft was not change but the shaft was lengthened by 0.8mm for a more snug fit in the base. Friction reduction rings (see thing file) can be placed on each end of the shaft to prevent the spool sides from rubbing.
The friction reduction rings allow the spool holder to spin more easily in a horizontal position or to be used in an upright position if desired.
The spool shaft is secure enough to allow the whole assembly to be lifted and carried by the spool or spool holder without falling apart.
Recommended print settings:
0.4mm print nozzle.
Base: 15% gyroid infill
Shaft: one end on the bed with a 3 line brim, 3 layer walls, no infill (PLA is able to span the top end gap)
