Hi,
I made this for a friend, it was difficult to found one simple, robust and easy to setup.
On the photos, the mini-Vixen is dedicated to a Flextube 400mm.
The one I share with you is adapted from 90mm diameter OTA. If you need less, just tell me.
From the photos, I updated the front white thermal reflector from 0.6mm to 2mm to not see the glue.
I also added the body without the screw protector made from 1.6mm PCB (10x25mm green part).
I used M4x12mm hand screws with M4 metal insert.
No need to use support for the printing.
Re-drill the front hole @1 to 1.5mm diameter to get a nice rond hole.
Glue "target" on "diffusor".
Glue "reflector" on "body".
