Inspired by several soap dishes, etc. I created my own set of shower accessories to properly stow away soap, shampoo, etc.
All trays and dishes are simply clamped on the shower rod, which in my case is approx 22mm (or just below, see measurement). For better grip on the rod, I created a thin layer of TPU (only 0.6mm thick) that is wrapped into the clamp.That holds firm on the rod, even a full bottle.
The first version of the TPU inlay was just flat with only a small lip at top and bottom edge to keep in place when pushing the tray up or down. Later I realized that it tends to slip when swiveling the dish or basket around the rod, Therefore I added some little nipples which fit into corresponding little holes of the clamp to better keep the inlay in place when turning the tray or basket.
Update 2021-12-14: As requested by Saliceti I have added soap dish and basket for 18mm rod (for use in camper/RV)
