I saw something similar to this in my local Primark, and had been contemplating something similar for a while. I took some pics and came up with this. i used supports as it is hollow and made the legs by platting and twisting some white string. I then simply used hot glue to secure them in place.
Once painted I mixed a little glitter into a small amount of PVA glue and painted the whole model. I am not entirely sure about this effect though.
NOTEI have only included 1 STL for the shoes but you will obviously need to print 2
