The file 'Snowflake Ornament 3D Printer Model' is (stl) file type, size is 24.1KB.
I noticed the original file from seajseven had an error when I put it in my slicer so I just remodeled the design in Fusion 360. I also wanted a larger hole to allow for scaling the model down.
