Sneaker Protector
This Item was succesfully printed on Ender 3 using PLA.
The proper way to print it is on a 30 degree angle with some supports, it is better shown and explained on a video I made of the whole design process and testing, this is it:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TC_FphGV7m8&t=20s
if you are only interested on the printing parameters go to min 10:44, even tough the video is in Spanish, the cura screen with the info is shown and so is the support layout that I reccomend to use since it was the only one that actually worked for me.
On the description of that video you can also find a GCODE archive that already has the design parameters I recommended set so you only need to download it on your micro sd and pass to your 3d printer.
In general:
-Print upside down in a 30* angle
-use minimun 0,12 layer height. ( for better definition and quality you could also use 0,08 but takes way longer. )
-add supports to bot sides
Hope you guys find it useful, In the YouTube channel I linked I will keep posting new desings, maybe updated versions of this design with all the feedback, and so on so it´d be great if you suscribe, like, and leave your comments.
