After a few modifications and tweaks due to small leak in seal, i managed to get a better water tight seal (not 100%). There is a slight leak when the bottle is tilted but there does not seem to be any water loss or leak when upright and vertical as intended. I am almost certain that the leak is being cause by support material being used so a completely flush and flat seal with top lip of bottle is difficult to achieve. You might have better print settings than me to compensate for this.
Overall length from 136mm to 144.3mm for better root penetration.
