Here is a modification for your Snapmaker 2.0 A350T with the SB16 Y-axis linear rail modification to protect your Y-axis linear modules & rails. I primarily use the CNC module, so I wanted to design & install something to protect my linear modules & rails from aluminum chips, and to make the clean up process a lot easier.
The front and rear printed parts also help capture the SB16 rails if you previously did not have them permanently affixed to your machine.
This particular design was for my machine with my custom machined fixture plate -- so you will have to modify this to suit your own needs.
You will need:
~1/3rd a yard of "Grip-Stop" Fabric, found in the heavy duty section at JoAnn Fabrics.
24x M4 x 12mm bolts
24x M4 washers
8x M4 Brass Heat Set Inserts
8x M4 x 10mm bolts
8x M4 T-nuts
