Summary

I designed a switch box that mounts in the opening intended for the screen in a Snapmaker 2.0 enclosure. It is mounted using the screen mounting holes in the extrusion and the screws that are included with the enclosure.(A250T / F250 / A250 enclosure) or (A350T / F350 / A350 enclosure)

I purchased the enclosure to house some ender 3D printers so I wanted to use the vacant opening in the door to control the enclosure LEDs and fan.

The cutouts in the front panel are for 16mm round switches and a Bulgin FX0462 (5x20mm) fuse holder.

It is designed so that the door can still be opened and there is a magnetic mounted front plate. (6x2mm round magnets required QTYx4 total)
In most cases the magnets slide right in and fit snug. In other cases, I had to use a flat head screw driver to open the holes slightly more. Hot glue can also be used if necessary.
Note: do a quick test to get the polarity on the magnets correct before permanently installing.

There are provisions for cable entry/exit and a slide on back cover.
