The 2 files contain 3 designs of Smith Corona (SCM) Carriage release lever design. SCM moved away from metal carriage lever and started using plastic levels since 1960 with the introduction of Galaxy body style lineup. This lever will fit most Galaxy series, coronet series and any carriage release that has a dimension around 4.1mm by 1.5mm.
The file includes 3 different designs, the original curved one is close to 1:1 reproduction of the factory lever. Those curves really killed me but I managed. There is also a low-poly one and a wire frame one for "weight reduction".
I recommend use high strength filament like PEEK or carbonfiber reinforced, and print a few as back ups. SCM design department really dropped the ball with this one.
